Come join us. Let's build something great together.In this role as a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be working in a high volume outbound call center environment. There will be some inbound calls from when a member leaves a voicemail and you call them back. You will be calling Medicare members that are due for a refill of their prescription/medication but havent refilled it yet. For example, the Medicare member has a prescription at CVS or another local retail pharmacy in California but hasnt filled it yet and it needs to be filled before X date. The goal of the program is for Medicare members to fill their prescriptions in a timely manner before X date to ensure theyre getting the medication that they need. You will call the Medicare member and then warm transfer them to their retail pharmacy to fill their prescription.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 3+ years of call center experience, needs to include some outbound call center experience

1+ years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment (medical center, hospital, medical insurance, etc)

1+ years of experience working remotely

Need to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, electronic medical records, etc.
