Maintenance Mechanic

Location: 30852 San Antonio St., Hayward, CA  94544Compensation: $44/hour5am to 130pm. Sunday and Friday off. As a Maintenance Technician In this role, you will:Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery, equipment, and electrical devices (such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches) both working alongside another maintenance technician, as well as working on your own.Solve different problems every day; we’re seeking someone who thrives on problem-solving and independent decision-making.Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and Programmable Logic Controllers Repair and maintain boilers, water heaters, water conditioning equipment, and all water distribution systems Identify safety issues with machines, document issues, develop an action plan to resolve concerns and follow up to ensure problems are resolved Monitor machines to ensure all levels are within EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines
