Description Robert Half has an excellent accounts receivable opportunity in Hayward. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with SAP experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients receivables process efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records in SAP.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers using SAP software.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment disputes.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging analysis and cash flow projections.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations in SAP.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management to contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Proficiency in SAP ERP software is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
