Job Description
Systems EngineerLos Angeles, CA Direct Hire Up to $95k year Successful candidate will be focused on system engineering of stationary and mobile antenna systems, and related products. This position is responsible for systems engineering activities, including system architecture design, trade studies, specification development, requirement definition, and allocation, performance analysis, system modeling, and support to hardware/software design, and testing. Additional responsibilities include analyzing engineered products to meet customer use-cases and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces to ensure first time quality acceptance and customer satisfaction. This position is focused on system engineering of stationary and mobile antenna systems, and related products. Required Skills:- BS or MS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering related field.
- 0-2+ years of experience in the field of Engineering system design
- Previous system design experience is highly desirable.
- Basic computer programming skills with ability to apply programming to engineering problems.
- Experience in MATLAB, Python, Bash, Linux.
- Highly desired exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and techniques to capture system functions, services, interfaces, requirements, and concept of operations
- Highly desired completion of relevant coursework in Information Theory, Communications Systems Engineering, or related topics
