- 3+ years of experience in management and maintenance of an enterprise backup solution.
- Effective troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze relevant data, think critically and strategically, generate alternatives, and identify appropriate solutions to problems.
- Ability to work autonomously, as a team member, and in a cross-functional capacity with other departments to accomplish responsibilities while encouraging a collaborative environment.
- Must be able to evaluate service requests, projects, and prioritize as necessary.
