Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PMScope of Position: Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Transcon departmentMajor Duties and Responsibilties: Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating systemTrack and trace Transcon files as requiredUse Workflows on daily basisEnsure timely dispatch of shipments and communication to customers.Interact with our customers in arranging their domestic shipments, meeting customer service standardsContribute to maintain strong relationships with service providersEnsure compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements.Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiencyEnsure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updatedMeet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
