As a Laborer/Helper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. You'll assist skilled tradespeople and contribute to various tasks that keep our job sites safe, clean, and productive. From moving materials to supporting more technical work under supervision, you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and reliability.
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and supplies on-site.
Perform general clean-up duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed.
Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of experienced team members.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Assist with site preparation, demolition, and basic installations as needed.
Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or other labor-intensive work is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
