IEH Laboratories, a leader in food safety, is now accepting applications for the Laboratory Assistant position at its facility in Lost Hills, CA.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma.
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Multitasking capability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Laboratory Assistant duties may include, but are not limited to, media preparation, cleaning lab equipment and tools, maintenance, grinding, and receiving of samples.
Full-time employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. The laboratory operates weekends, so candidates must be willing to work some weekends.
Due to exposure to various food allergens in the laboratory environment, applicants with moderate to severe food allergies are discouraged from applying.
