Job Description:
On-Premise Manager - Liaison between tenants and Landlord
Collect Rents and issue receipts
Maintain Records (tenants, collections, notices, maintenance, and warranties)
Market Vacancies (place ads, show condominiums, receive applications and fees)
Aid and accommodate tenants with their needs, ideas, and suggestions
Maintain condominium grounds to a high standard (daily walk through of property)
Supervise lawn maintenance
Test and log pool and spa chemicals according to state and local laws
Keep pool enclosure and pool furniture clean
Secure competitive bids from outside contractors for any repair/replace work needed.
Oversee any outside contractors working on the premises
Recommend to Landlord maintenance needs - buildings and grounds
