Maintenance Tech would be responsible for the following -
Handle installation, repairs, plumbing and electrical issues
Respond to maintenance requests put forward by residents or staff in terms of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs
Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors and wood work
Paint interior of the building and inspect and respond to safety issues
Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
Assure the implementation of security and safety standards
Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner

Mantenimiento Tech serÃa responsable de lo siguiente -
Manejar instalaciones, reparaciones, plomerÃa y problemas eléctricos
Responder a las solicitudes de mantenimiento presentadas por los residentes o el personal en términos de plomerÃa, electricidad, calefacción y reparaciones generales
Trabajar en reparación de paredes, pisos, puertas y trabajos en madera
Pintar el interior del edificio e inspeccionar y responder a las cuestiones de seguridad
Documentar todas las reparaciones y tareas realizadas
Manejo de mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de procesos mecÃnicos
Asegurar la implementación de las normas de seguridad
Avisar a su manager de cualquier fallo en el edificio
Responder a situaciones de emergencia de manera rÃpida
Experiencia requerida.
