Description Robert Half Contracts Finance & Accounting team is a Billing Specialist to join a great family-owned company in South Sacramento!This Billing Specialist would play an essential role in the company working directly with the CFO handling tasks such as:Creating and issuing invoices to customers.Processing credit memos.Preparing account statements for customers.Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.This position is hybrid (2/12 days on site, 2 remote), full-time hours and contract to hire. The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of Billing experience, intermediate with excel and can work well in a small office.
