Description Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting Division is seeking a Collections/AR Specialist to join a great Real Estate company in Sacramento!This Collections Specialist would play a vital role with the company and report directly to the AR Manager. Duties would include:Contact customers via email and/or phone to Collect payments in accordance with payment due dates.Daily collaboration with Customers, Billing, Sales and Service Teams.Communicate account status to Management weekly.Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.Execute and manage dunning process.Manage delivery note credit blocks.Other tasks pertaining to AR as necessary.Customer Service is a plus for the necessary for this position!If you have a passion for collections and want to join a fast-growing company, apply today!Requirements - Excellent attention to detail
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field preferred
ERP system experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Microsoft Excel experience desired
Demonstrated analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
