Job Description
The Information Technology (IT) Associate provides technology services across the entire organization, including ecommerce, marketing, IT infrastructure, and customer support. We’re looking for a solution-focused person who can quickly respond to issues and help the organization evolve its variety of tools. Grow your talents with a strong desire to get the job done right!
Responsibilities
Upload and maintain products to Shopify-based website store
Organize and execute email blasts to customers with company provided materials
Maintain and update customer database
Maintain discounts and promotions on website
Create and edit media assets, including photos, videos, and audio
Configure shipping rules and rates
Configure Dialpad-based business phone system
Create and maintain Zapier-based automations
Configure Shipstation-based postage portal
Configure internal email accounts, domains, and websites on GoDaddy
Provide device provisioning services for new or repaired laptops and phones
Provide ad-hoc IT support to company team members
Requirements
Availability to get the above responsibilities completed on schedule
Ability to work remotely and participate in voice and video conferences
Access to smart phone with available service
Ability to learn new technology tools independent from formal training
Access to a computer with high speed internet
Good writing skills
Proficiently in Microsoft Office
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent Internet skills a MUST
High degree of multitasking and time management capabilities.
Ability to deal with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team
Integrity and professionalism
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
