Rentals maintenance and landscaping

Handyman / apartment maintenance position 20 hours per week to start. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, and yard care skills. Housing for one person might be possible. Family owned business operates rental units in Placerville, Camino, Pollock, and a few in Sacramento area. If you've done maintenance at apartment complexes in the past, all the better. We have a mix of apartments and houses.
