The Placer County Community Development Resource Agency is accepting applications for Supervising Building Inspector to fill one permanent/full-time vacancy in Auburn for the Building Services Division!
In this role, you will plan, organize, direct, and supervise building inspections and plan review operations within the Building Division. This role also performs a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible advanced journey level experience performing duties similar to those of a Senior Building Inspector in Placer County.
Training: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by college course work in building codes, construction technology or a related field. Additional training in supervision is highly desirable.
Required License or Certificate: Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration as an Inspector issued by the International Code Council.
