Four Visions is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that integrates ancient plant wisdom into the modern world by offering the tools, teachings, and community for anyone on the plant medicine path. We work in direct partnership with over 15 indigenous communities throughout South America.
We are looking for a new Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team at our shipping & fulfillment warehouse in Nevada City. Shipping & Fulfillment Associates work in an upbeat collaborative environment to fill and box our outgoing retail orders. We currently process between 130-175 orders per day. We are looking for a great team player who is a quick learner, and able to keep up with the fast pace nature of our daily operations. Prior shipping & fulfillment experience a plus.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
filling and bottling our botanicals in their respective containers and packaging for our extensive line of ancient herbal remedies
picking the items and packing up each package in an aesthetically pleasing way for our customers
Restocking shipping supplies + products from storage to shelves
Working with assistant manager on receipt of packages, purchase order checks, and regular inventory counts
Organization of our storage space, receiving and putting away of shipping supplies and packaging materials
Qualifications:
Attentive to detail, able to work at a steady and efficient pace
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a greater team
Experience with packaging botanicals and herbal medicines
Passion for alternative and plant based healing
Interest and curiosity in Company's mission + vision
Experience in high volume fulfillment (including receiving, fulfillment and shipping) a plus
Stable, grounded person who is looking for a long term commitment (at least 2-3 years) and a desire to grow and evolve with the right company.
Reports to: Warehouse General Manager
Hours: Part time for first 3 months. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9-5.30. Must be able to transition to full time within the first 3 months. Part time associates receive $18/hour. When you move to full time, you will receive $20/hour.
Start Date: April 1st
