Local, active Real Estate Broker/Agent is looking for an experienced, well qualified Executive Assistant with active California Real Estate License. Must be knowledgeable in all areas of Real Estate, and provide 100% top-level assistance to Broker/Agent and Clients.
Successful candidate will be efficient, well organized, detail orientated, & have both strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work closely with other agents, colleagues & staff members in our Grass Valley office. Essential to be proficient in Metrolist, ZipForms, DocuSign and Paperless Real Estate transaction programs. Promotional, social media advertising knowledge & background is a plus.
This opening is for a part time professional, experienced and reliable person. Flexible hours negotiable. Active California Real Estate License is a MUST.
