We are a commercial real estate firm serving Western Nevada County, specializing in investment sales, leasing, and advisory services. We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant who can support the Managing Director with administrative tasks, light marketing
support, and general office organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the commercial real estate industry and grow into additional responsibilities over time.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day tasks in a small, fast-paced office environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support -
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up tasks
Assist with preparing meeting materials, basic communications, and simple documents
Help maintain digital files and organized folders in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Provide general administrative support in daily operations as needed Office & Operations Support
Maintain basic office organization, supplies, and vendor coordination (photographers, sign installers, etc.)
Answer phones professionally and direct inquiries; provide basic non-advisory listing information (training provided)
Assist with keeping listing folders, property files, and due diligence documents organized
Support simple workflows for new listings, renewals, or escrows as training progresses
Marketing Support (Light, With Room to Grow) -
Update listings on CRE platforms such as CoStar/LoopNet, CREXi, MLS (training provided)
Create simple marketing materials using Canva templates (flyers, forms, announcements)
Assist with photos, posting updates, and basic email marketing
Maintain CRM contacts and segmented lists
Support marketing tasks as skills develop—no advanced design experience required

Qualifications -
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up proactively
Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Basic familiarity with Canva or a willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication
Interest in learning commercial real estate processes
California real estate license is not required; interest in industry learning is a plus
Compensation -
$20 per hour, part-time
Discretionary bonuses on closed transactions
