Admin / property management

This opportunity is for someone who wants to learn property management, or for an experienced person. On-call position, with a few regular hours each week. You will be showing apartments, meeting with repair persons, dealing with tenants and emergencies, etc. Most of the work can be done from your home, online and on the phone. You should have basic computer skills, be good with spreadsheets, good with attention to detail, personable and friendly working with tenants. Quick response time on the phone is important although you won't receive very many phone calls. Please include a resume when you reply. Must have your own computer, internet access, a valid driver's license, and an insured vehicle. Most of our units are in the local, Placerville area. If you are game, you will also learn some basic maintenance and repair tasks.
