Position Overview:
This unique dual-role position requires an individual who is able to succeed in both hands-on, physical labor and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist in the daily operation of the crushing and screening plant while also managing office-related duties, including computer-based work and mid-level IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating and maintaining crushing/screening equipment
Perform physical labor and routine inspections to ensure safe plant operation
Support inventory, equipment maintenance logs, and reporting
Handle office administrative duties including data entry, software use, and filing
Assist with basic IT tasks: system updates, troubleshooting, and work-related applications
Qualifications:
Strong interest and ability in mechanical and physical labor
Comfortable working outdoors in a production environment
Proficient in computer systems, software applications, and basic IT troubleshooting
Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
Prior experience in mining, construction, or plant operations is a plus
