Description:
An independent financial advisor is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a support position in a small, professional office where client experience and organization are key. The role is in-person, part-time, and offers a stable weekday schedule from 9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:
General office and administrative upkeep
Ensuring the office is clean and welcoming for clients
Answering phones and scheduling client appointments
Preparing reports and client materials for meetings
Printing and mailing client reports
Filing and maintaining organized records
Keeping office supplies stocked
Requirements:
General tech confidence and troubleshooting ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
CRM management experience is a plus
Able to manage a landline phone and office printer
Self-starter who works well independently—minimal oversight needed
Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm
Pay: Starting at $20/hour, with performance-based raises
Employment Type: W2 employee
Start Date: Mid-September
