Butcher/Meat Cutter
T-Bones Meat Shop in Auburn is looking to add a butcher/meat cutter to our team.
We are a fast-paced full-service retail butcher shop specializing in house made sausage, marinaded meats, specialty cuts, beef, pork, chicken and seafood. The position includes daily tasks consisting of, but not limited to: cutting various cuts of beef, chicken, pork and prepping seafood, preparing in-house made sausages/brats, custom cutting based on customer requests, operating the meat grinder and vacuum tumbler, wrapping meat and presentation for retail counter, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation and shop, and customer service at the retail counter. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the food prep industry, show attention to detail, ability to follow direction, work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong customer service skills, be a team player. Pay depends on experience. Position is part time 2-3 days per week, with varying hours between 12pm -7pm
