We have a 35 unit motel in south lake tahoe, walking distance to all the action of the casinos, ski mountain and heavenly village, and are looking for a GM to oversee the front end of the business (checking customers in, offering customer service throughout their stay, overseeing a team of housekeepers and maintenance staff, and making sure the property is safe, appealing and well maintained).
All the back-end of the business is run by our corporate office who handles the marketing, payroll and even the phone call and emails (reservations); leaving you to focus on the onsite responsibilities.
If you would prefer to live onsite we can accommodate that, or you can live off-site. Salary will include housing credit deduction if you chose to live on site (mix housing and salary).
Must be professional, good with customers and a clean criminal record.
