Well established growing company looking for a bookkeeper to join our family.
Schedule
Hours: between 8am-1:30pm “5” days week
Compensation:
Hourly position bonuses are DOE 90 day plus annual reviews for raises
Direct Deposit - Every Friday!

Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
We have our own software
Must understand basic principles of accounting
Must have minimum 3-yr experience working in an accounting/bookkeeping
Duties to learn but not limited to:
Assist with month-end financial reports
Post journal entries
Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
Balance sheet reconciliation
Data entry
Keep track of accounts receivables and payables through aging of accounts Assist in sending out and replying to demand letters
Set up new accounts in the books
Enter financial transactions in the books of accounts
Requirements
Ability to work well without constant direction
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willing to make things positive
Values hands-on collaboration and teamwork
Accounting Major required
