Description We are searching for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in the hospitality industry to join our team in Glendale, California. In this role, you will act as a vital liaison, track estimates, and manage customer applications and accounts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Liaise between suppliers and installers to ensure smooth delivery and installation of materials Accurately process and record customer credit applications, ensuring necessary references are provided to third parties or suppliers Track estimates and financials for each location, ensuring it aligns with the determined cost structure Manage incoming estimates, credit application requests, and payments through a shared email box Monitor and record goods received at each site in collaboration with the Operations and Repairs & Maintenance Field Teams Review incoming invoices, log deposits paid, and calculate tax implications across multiple accounts Handle incorrectly coded invoices by redirecting them to the correct approver Carry out re-classification requests for any allocation reversal post payment Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for two remodel queues Oversee the deployment of containers with local partners for specific material deliveries. Requirements Proven experience in the Hospitality industry Previous role as a Project Coordinator or similar position Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in data entry tasks Ability to manage timelines effectively Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files in a systematic manner Skilled in scanning and digitizing documents Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
