Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as supporting various accounting functions to facilitate the company's financial operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles or intern in accounting or finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
