Job Title: 2nd Shift Electromechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking motivated individuals for the position of 2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Assembler. Our company specializes in manufacturing custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from simple to extremely complex designs. No prior experience is necessary, as we are willing to train individuals who display a positive attitude and a strong capacity for learning. This role does not require any lifting. Successful candidates must be eager to train and learn new skills, with the understanding that it takes about one year to become fully trained in our products and processes.2:30pm-11:00pmResponsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications.

Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and schematics.

Use hand tools such as crimpers and wire strippers to complete assemblies.

Perform soldering tasks or be willing to learn soldering techniques.

Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met.

Document work accurately and fill out the required forms.

Work independently with little supervision while maintaining efficiency and reliability.

Stand for 70% of a regular shift while performing assembly tasks.

Meet time standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Skills

6 months of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.

Ability to read and write in English.

Good manual dexterity and experience using small hand tools.

Ability to follow work instructions carefully.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.

Ability to document work accurately.

Strong character and drive to succeed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in cable harness or wire harness assembly is preferred but not required.

Experience with soldering or willingness to learn soldering techniques.

Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics is a plus.

Experience with potting and molding processes.

High attention to detail and ability to work with small parts.
