Description:Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Service Technician is responsible for install, repair, and operation of equipmentSet up, maintain, and demobilize temporary climate control equipment on project sitesWhile not working on assigned projects, utilize down time to maintain, and prepare equipment for upcoming projectsCompletion of Provided Training Requirements within the first 6 months of employment including:OSHA 10-hour training for general industryDOT physical and certificationFork-lift and aerial lift certificationGHS Understanding safety data sheetsHazard communication for general industryTrailer load securement and safetyElectrical safety courses as follows:Electrical Safe Work PracticesControl of Hazardous Energy (Lockout Tag out)Arc FlashBasic psychometricsSkills:Hvac, Service, Troubleshooting, Mechanical, Repair, Field service, Maintenance technician, Electrical, Installation, Install, Boiler, Air conditioningTop Skills Details:Hvac,Service,Troubleshooting,Mechanical,Repair,Field service,Maintenance technicianAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum two years of technical school or two years on the job experience in a related field preferred.Ability to perform duties that are physical in nature.Willingness to work overtime as and when needed and to travel on short notice, sometimes for extended duration (typically 1-3 weeks).Experience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
