Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for window treatments.
Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments and addressing questions.
Product Presentation and Design:
Showcase our diverse range of window coverings, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
Guide customers through the selection process with personalized recommendations based on style, functional needs, and budget.
Use our design software to create visually appealing representations
of proposed window treatments.
Sales and Estimation:
Provide accurate estimates for materials, installation, and additional services using your knowledge of our product catalog and pricing.
Explore budget-friendly options and consult manufacturer reference guides for detailed product information.
Collaborate with customers to identify solutions that maximize value and satisfaction.
Appointment Scheduling and Customer Relationship Management:
Schedule customer appointments with the appropriate Z Blinds decorator, adhering to the 72-hour window policy.
Use the "Centah" Costco customer management system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Showroom Maintenance:
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring an inviting and professional atmosphere.
Assist with inventory management, keeping products well-stocked and attractively displayed.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and our evolving offerings through continuous learning.
Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance the customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing orders and managing customer inquiries.
