Job Description:
We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Funding Specialist / Junior Broker to join our team. As a Funding Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to small business owners via phone to discuss funding options and help them secure the financing they need. This is a performance-based position, similar to that of a real estate agent or insurance agent, where your income potential is uncapped.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone calls to small business owners to discuss funding options.
Build rapport with clients and understand their financing needs.
Educate clients on various funding products and services offered by Sierra Solutions.
Guide clients through the application and funding process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Previous phone sales experience is required.
Must have a strong and clear voice, and not be afraid of making cold calls.
Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Professional attitude and dress is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation:
This is a performance-based position with average annual income ranging from $85,000 to $120,000. Your income potential is directly tied to your sales performance, and there is no cap on earnings.
