United Restorations is seeking an experienced estimator for water and fire mitigation damages. This position will cover the greater Fresno area, including but not limited to Madera, Fresno, Visalia, Kingsburg, Selma and surrounding areas. The estimator is critical for the success of any restoration company. You will be responsible for creating estimates in the Xactimate software program following all guidelines and IICRC standards.

Must be a detail oriented, articulate, and polished professional. Job duties require you understand the insurance restoration industry, work closely with business and/or homeowners, insurance professionals, as well as internal United Restorations teammates.

As an estimator at United Restorations you will be provided the tools necessary to provide a scope of work, prepare the estimate in Xactimate, gather all related documentation and submit for approvals to various insurance adjusters. In addition, you will need to develop and grow relationships with local insurance industry professionals and communicate with homeowners/business owners the expectations to build the structure back to it's original form.

Xactimate proficiency is an essential requirement for this position. We will require candidates to demonstrate a knowledge of this software platform during the screening process. Having a basic understanding of construction materials, construction processes, building codes, and the repair of property damage by wind, fire, water and smoke will assist in being successful in this role.
