Office Manager/HR Person

Looking for an experienced Office Manager/HR person to join our team. Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of main office as well as HR functions and payroll. Payroll program is Sage Business Works. Homeowner association and property management knowledge is helpful. Must have good people, communication and writing skills and be proficient in MS Office/Excel and Word Perfect. Position starting part-time going to full-time.
