I need an Easement Expert Witness for a Civil trial in Fresno CA. My neighbor blocked the driveway entrance which crosses his property to my house. It is the only entrance and egress to my house. It has been used by residences of my house for the last 50 years although both my neighbor and myself have only owned our respective properties for less than five years.
