We are looking for for an EXPERIENCE RECRUITER with talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. with a minimum of 2 year experience.
BILINGUAL IS A MUST : ENGLISH/SPANISH
Recruiter Duties :
● The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail
● Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
● The availability to work 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
● Source candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
● Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions, reviewing RESUMES
● Assessing applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
● Must have reliable transportation
● Completing paperwork for new hires.
● Contacting and communicating with CLIENTS via email/phone/text to meet their staffing needs
● Inbound/Outbound calls
● Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation
● Conducting Drug Screens / Background Checks / E-Verify
