Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing office operations, financial records, and contracts? We are a general contracting business seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office functions, payroll, contract administration, and support day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism.

We’re a dynamic and growing company that values hard work, innovation, and a positive team culture. As an essential member of our team, you’ll ensure our office runs smoothly while supporting key administrative, contractual, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, communications, and scheduling.

- Oversee payroll processing and employee time tracking with accuracy.

- Utilize QuickBooks to manage invoices, expenses, and financial records.

- Administer contracts, including preparing, reviewing, and tracking project agreements and ensuring compliance with deadlines and terms.

- Work directly with our CPA to prepare and maintain financial documents and ensure compliance with tax and accounting requirements.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document preparation.

- Provide occasional support for miscellaneous office or assistant duties as needed.

- Handle HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Prior experience in payroll processing and contract administration is required.

- Experience working with CPAs or in collaboration with financial professionals is preferred.

- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus but not required.
