We are in need of a Dispatcher for our Towing Company.
preferably, though not mandatory, we would like somebody with some sort of dispatching experience and ideally somebody age 25+
You will be working heavily on the phones, on tasks including (but not limited to):
analyzing notes between drivers, customers, and insurance representatives to ensure the smooth completion of service
managing time/locations of drivers to plan the most efficient routes to complete services in a timely manner
communicating with insurance providers/representatives to negotiate adequate payment for services before acceptance
advocating for fair pricing and adherence to contracted rates
As well as:
managing day-to-day goings on around the office
working alongside office employees to accomplish a daily set of tasks, together and as a team
