The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products in a warehouse environment. This role involves maintaining inventory records to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings or weekends.
