Parts Customer Service Rep.

Job purpose:

The CSR is responsible for overseeing all Spare Parts orders.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Evaluate orders for accuracy, i.e.; prices, quantities, freight costs.

Be aware of credit limits.

Ability to use software to support an E-Commerce platform for online ordering.

Work with other departments to address issues with acquiring parts in a timely manner.

Follow up on all outstanding orders and inquiries from customers.

Ensure inventory accuracies in the Spare Parts warehouse.

Provide information to Senior and Departmental Management for executive planning purposes.

Maintain company procedures for warranty parts, including follow up with vendors for credit or replacement of parts.

Skills required for this position:

Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

General computer skills.

Good math skills.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service

Administrative skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred.

Inventory management preferred.

Sales skills either inside or outside

Must be able to work well as part of a team, safely and professionally.
