In this role, you'll play a vital role in creating high-quality blinds and shades for our customers.
What you'll do:
Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor production processes, identify any issues, and ensure smooth operation.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment to keep things running smoothly.
Assemble window blinds and shades according to specifications.
Package finished products with accurate labeling.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and identify defects.
Follow quality control procedures and conduct regular checks throughout production.
Document any quality issues that may arise.
