Privately owned office is looking for an exceptional part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team! The qualified individual is positive, friendly, and outgoing. The Marketing Specialist is highly self-motivated, proactive, and has a working knowledge of current marketing tools and approaches to execute successful marketing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist is comfortable working independently, pays attention to details, is highly efficient, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced, and high-pressure environment. Must be able to meet the responsibilities of the position, deadlines on a regular basis and meet high-quality standards on all activities and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email
newsletters
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase followers and engagement
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Assist in budgeting and allocating resources for marketing initiatives
- Respond to patient reviews in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years’ marketing experience.
Good work ethics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Multimedia, Social Media (Facebook & Instagram), knowledge of Wondershare Filmora editing software, Canva program, and working knowledge of HTML and CSS media queries, JavaScript, and experience using analytics software.
Basic photography and editing skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Good with time management.
Understands the importance of targeting communications to specific audiences and selecting the most effective communication method.
Understand the importance of consistency in communications.
Skillful at recognizing effective marketing trends.
Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and communities
