Deep cleaning of elevators, stairwells and parking areas.
Some areas feces and urine cleaning due to homeless presence
Janitorial experience helpful
May require operating pressure washing machine
Must be prompt and realiable
Hours 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday
Hourly wage well above minimum depending on experience
Must have valid drivers license with clean record
