We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance operations. As the Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the landscape maintenance route including scheduling, quality control, safety, customer service, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee landscape maintenance route and crew to ensure on-time completion and high quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of crew and job sites to identify areas for improvement
- Track inventory levels and place supply orders as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service
- Follow all policies and procedures and oversee safety on route
- Participate with management to implement strategies to improve route profitability
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance operations
- Supervisory experience managing landscape field crews
- Knowledge of plants and landscape practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work forty hour week including occasional weekends
