Fresno based manufacturing company with excellent benefits has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Administrator with experience in high volume payroll. Will also be partnering with the Human Resources Manager to handle day to day operations.
- Prepare and process hourly biweekly payroll.
- Audit payroll for compliance.
- Review timecards for missed punches, schedules or coding and updates the Time and Attendance system.
- Review and report any attendance issues to management.
- Assists Human Resources Manager with new hire processing, benefits and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of work-related skills, knowledge or experience in Payroll or related field such as accounting or administrative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing a plus.
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
