Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Fresno, CA
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice in Fresno, CA. The incoming provider will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. Ideally, the incoming PA/NP is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, gets excited about a challenge with a willingness to learn. Must be a team player who has a genuine interest in helping others.

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging) Evaluate clinical data -Diagnosis and Treatment -Order and review appropriate tests -Provide accurate and useful diagnostic information - Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments - Documentation- accurate and timely -Help Manage the direction of patient care - Monitor patients for improvements and set back, modify treatments and services as needed - Collaboration and effective communication with the clinical and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an Accredited NP/PA program - PA/NP license in CA - Paid clinical experience as a PA/NP is not required (willing to train new Graduates)
Salary: - (Depending on experience) - Sign on Bonus - Student loan repayment program may be available
Schedule: - Full time (Mon-Fri) - Patient load is 2-4 patients per hour
