We would prefer someone who is effective in communication and has good clinical skills in both restorative and diagnostic ability. Patient rapport is very important to us. Candidate must have excellent people and communication skills, great customer service, and gentle dental care.

Skills
Proven experience as licensed dentist in the state of California
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods and dental protocol
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
California Dental license is required
CPR license is required
Additional certification or training is an asset
Maintain accurate patient records
