Prep Cooks/Catering Cooks Seeking an employee with excellent knife skills and experience using common kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to follow directions accurately.
Busser/Runner Responsibilities include delivering trays to guest tables, assisting with table bussing, and helping set up and tear down tables for events. The ideal candidate will efficiently support servers and ensure smooth operation during functions.
The dishwasher/kitchen steward employee Applicants must have experience operating commercial dishwashing units and be responsible for cleaning all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used at events. Additional duties include assisting with table teardown and event cleanup.
