Pay Range: $25.80/- $30.35 per hourWe are seeking a Recruiter/HR Assistant III to join our Belgravia Fresno facility and HR Team.A successful Recruiter/HR Assistant III will be able to assist or lead development and execution of talent strategies in partnership with business leaders.  Understand business priorities and be able to translate them into actionable plans that deliver added value. Look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall TEAM member experience. Think strategically, execute thoughtfully, and collaborate across many groups, levels, and situations.Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter/HR Assistant III are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best TEAM members, while growing a strong talent pipeline and providing servitude to TEAM members with respect and care.
