A paid part-time position, to provide assistance to our daughter Tash, who experiences Autism and her ongoing medical diagnosis is hydrocephalus
Some daytime and nighttime shifts
Day time salary starts at $20 an hour.
Work involves assisting Tash with her daily activities, getting her where she needs to be and keeping her safe through the evening.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be female.
Mature with good judgement.
Would like someone experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, but not necessary.
Would like someone who has a lot of Patience and is Creative.
WHEN? Position will be open soon.
WHERE? Tash lives in her own home in Northwest Fresno
WHY? Tash lives in her own home in Northwest Fresno and has a very devoted staff who have worked with her for many years and know her well. She is fairly active in the community.
Currently, she has gaps on certain days where she does not have staff and we are wanting to fill those gaps with a staff who will help her connect with some activities that she will enjoy. This can be challenging as she can be resistant to new ideas. We want someone with the patience to work her through new transitions.
