Description Robert Half is seeking for a Sales Assistant in the dynamic and detail-oriented services industry. Based in Fresno, California, this role offers the chance to contribute to our growth by supporting sales efforts, nurturing client relationships, and performing a variety of tasks to help drive business success.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts such as cold calling and digital outreach.

Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients’ needs, industries, and pain points, identifying opportunities where our services can add value.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to tailor services and solutions to meet client needs and foster sales growth.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to key decision-makers in target organizations.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance goals.

CRM & Tools Utilization: Use tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Crystal Reports, and About Time to support daily activities, track sales, and maintain accurate records.

Cash Handling & Buying Processes: Ensure precise handling of financial transactions and support buying processes as required.

Customer Support: Manage inbound calls and respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and organizational abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.

Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
