The District Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing Corteva's market share and volume of all crops sold in the district while selling within company and sales program guidelines.This is a remote position and preference is that it is based in Fresno, California area. If hired, you will be required to travel as necessary to support business activities.What You'll Do:
Supporting and enabling sales of Corteva products through distribution and retail partners.
Responsible for training and supporting sales team in a way that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide sales forecasts throughout the year as requested.
Help develop and execute area and geographic strategy.
Analyze and control expenditures of district to conform to budgetary requirements.
Lead territory planning process and follow through.
Recruit top talent.
QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
B.S. Degree and 7+ years related sales and/or agriculture experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory & troubleshooting skills
Strong, effective communication skills
Valid Drivers License
